Android Galaxy S22 (One UI version 6.0, Android version 14) 

HP Smart app (Google Play) version 16.15.2.4462

 

Since the 1/10/24 update (I updated my app on 1/21/24), the HP Smart app on my Android device frequently crashes upon attempting to print, causing blank pages or partially printed pages.

 

Is this a known issue?

I was able to print from someone else's phone without issue, so it appears it's an issue with the phone itself (S22)
I'm looking into this more but do not have a known solution. I may have to factory reset and test that.

 

EDIT, I think it's printing from Google Drive that is the issue. I'm downloading files to my phone and seems to be working.

Thank you for updating. Your work around works for my phone & the firmware updated last night for me. I am trying to get help via support, but they are just quoting back computer only solutions. Clearly it's either the app or firmware.
