Hello, 

 

I’m facing an issue with my HP printer setup. The HP Smart app successfully detected my printer over the network, and I can connect to it without any problems. However, when I check the “Managed Devices” section in my HP account, the printer isn’t listed there.

 

I’ve tried restarting the app and logging out and back into my HP account, but the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this? How can I add the printer to my account so I can manage it properly?
