HP ENVY 5052 All-In-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Lately, my HP ENVY 5052 has been doing fine and working smoothly for scanning and printing. Earlier today, however, the HP app started acting strange. When I opened it, it showed different error codes, and it never got to the home screen, but instead asked me to set up a printer or sign in, even though I was already signed in and had been using the app frequently. Now, I can't even open it without an error code popping up. What do I need to do to fix this?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the HP Smart App.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you uninstall the HP Smart app on your computer and then reinstall it and check whether the issue is resolved.
