Product: HP Smart App

Hi, I had the HP Smart app on my laptop and worked great. Today when I tried to use it, it stated there was a new update. I ended up uninstalling because I could not get the update to go. Now I try to download the app again and nothing is happening. I am working with Window 10 Pro. The app works great from the phone it was so much easier to use the laptop app. Why can I no longer download the app??? Thanks!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

In the meanwhile lets try this:
Firstly, uninstall the HP smart app from your computer and install it from MS store.

  • In Windows, search for and open Add or remove programs. In the list of installed programs, click HP Smart > Uninstall.
