I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 7740. I can print to it but My HP Smart App is unable to find it to be able to use the App. I have done the requisite checks. What is the solution?

Please be advised that HP has upgraded the HP Smart App to the new HP App. We kindly request that you install the HP App and check if you are able to connect your printer successfully.
