Hello! My computer did a Windows Update on 4/28/2021 and since then I am unable to open up my HP Smart App. I have tried to uninstall the app but it fails and gives me an error code of 0x80073d23. I need to be able to scan documents so I need this issue fixed.  I have tried the HP Print and Scan doctor and nothing is working.  Please help!
