Same problem here for the last few months.  Running Mac OS 13.0.1, and the HP smart app logs me out at least 3-4 times a day.  Extremely annoying to say the least.  Anybody find any fix yet?

I have exactly the same problem. Running Macbook and OSX 13.0.1.

For an app that already is the worst app running on my Mac (incredibly slow, constantly forgetting settings, etc) this is super annoying to be punted to Safari to sign in AGAIN AND AGAIN, then punted back to the app, WAIT WAIT WAIT, etc.

Is anyone at HP actually listening and working on this app‽?

Hi @Chinaman35 and @kdj2000

Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing issues with your HP printer wherein the HP smart app keeps logging out intermittently.

Please follow the steps listed below to install the firmware update from HP smart App.
1. Go to https://123.hp.com/ to install the HP Smart app on your mobile device (if not installed).
2. After completing the printer setup, click or tap your printer name.
NOTE: Menu names, locations, and available settings vary by printer model.
3. Under Advanced, select Printer Home Page (EWS) or Advanced Settings.
4. Click or tap Tools or Web Services.
5. Click or tap Printer Updates or Product Update, and then click or tap Check Now.

You may refer to this document for more information.

Let me know if this works.
Take care and have a good day.
