Every time I try to open the app it brings me to a blue screen and never loads. I have uninstalled it and restarted computer several times.

I have the same issue with 100+ devices. I found when using a cellular connection with no filters that I could get it to work but never on our network as of 7/17/22. I asked HP about this and they said: "I have checked with my team and HP Smart app is working fine. There are no issues with the app." Thus, I think its something that is only affecting a few of us. Can you relay the version of windows you are on and what type of AV software you use?
