I am using the HP Smart App on my Windows 10 Pro device. I have been trying to "sign in" on my account to obtain access to files I have saved in the HP Smart App on my iOS phone, however, when I attempt to sign in on my Windows 10 Pro device, it will open a new window which says "connecting to a service" with a spinning circle for a second and then the window becomes inactive and does not allow me to sign in to my HP Smart App account. It will also not allow me to "create a new account" as the same thing occurs as when I try to sign in. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and also restarted my device without success. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for replying!
The files saved on the iOS device cannot be transferred to your Windows PC unless it is stored on google drive.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

@dcarly121, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that you have issues with accessing the HP Smart App on the Windows 10 computer and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.
Are you able to access HP Smart on your iOS device?
Older versions of the HP Smart app no longer support the login feature. Go to 123.hp.com to get the latest version of the app.
Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Refer to the document HP Printers - Set Up an HP Smart Website Account for help.
Keep me posted.

Thank you for the response.
I am able to access HP Smart on my iOS device and login.
I have the most up-to-date version of the HP Smart App on my Windows 10 device and the firmware n my computer is up-to-date.
I did attempt the other recommendations you made and I also uninstalled and reinstalled the HP Smart App on my Windows 10 device without success.
Is there a way I can transfer the files I have saved in my HP Smart App on my iOS device onto the HP Smart App on my Windows 10 device without emailing them to myself?

Thank you for letting me know about my files- sounds like whatever device you have the documents saved on, they are just THERE and cannot be viewed in any way unless you have transferred them to google drive or some other "cloud"." I am still unable to log in to my HP Smart App account on my Windows 10 device even though I am able to do so on my iOS device.
