I use HP Smart for configuring the printer and looking for out of ink and other information. I rarely print from HP Smart and when I do try, I see the message
Can you print from other apps such as word, excel, adobe , paint?
Even on my iPhone I do not use HP Smart to print, I just look for the more -> print option and it works fine after the iPhone finds the printers.
