Deskjet 2652
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hello, I have an HP Deskjet 2600 Series printer and use macOS Big Sur 11.2.3.  When I use the HP Smart App, this program shows the printer is offline or the status is unknown.  I am able to print, view connections, etc., but I am not able to view things like ink levels and stuff like that.  When I try to view the ink levels, the program crashes or pulls up the instant ink website.  Can anyone help with this issue? I have uninstalled the HP Smart App and reinstalled several times, unplugged the printer, router, for at least 60 seconds and plugged them back in.  I restated my MacBook Pro after that and still did not work.  I appreciate anyone for their assistance!

I have the same issue on MacOS since (and only since) the very last upgrade of HPSmart published last week on the App Store.
It is very annoying that there is no way to roll back to the former release of HP Smart afaik (except maybe to restore a TimeMachine image but wouldn't it lead to a disync of the AppStore data?).

I have a Photosmart 7510.

I can still print and scan but the status is "unknown" and the access to ink level leads indeed to a crash of the app.
