Hello,
I am unable to scan using the HP Smart App on my computer because upon sign in it spins on "Loading HP account...." I have tried the following steps
1. Uninstall HP Smart App, reboot machine, reinstall HP Smart App from Windows Store
2. Verify credentials via signing into the HP website directly
3. Tried this on multiple machines
Any thoughts? I get the sign in prompt, login (I even tested an incorrect password and it will say the password is not valid), the login popup disappears, then i just sit on the attached screenshotIt gets stuck here
