Is anyone who uses Mac OS 13.2.1 Ventura have problems with the HP Smart App not opening.  If so is there a solution.  The easy scan app works fine.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are facing scanning issues using HP Smart App from your Mac computer.

 

I suggest that you change the default browser to Safari.

 

1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Desktop & Dock in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)

2. Click the pop-up menu next to “Default web browser” on the right, then choose Safari.
