Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Please reset the wireless on the printer and then use HP Smart app (install on new phone) to setup and connect printer to the network.
What is the phone model? Simply go to Play Store (Android) or Apple Store (iPhone) to download and install HP Smart app.
