Same thing happens to me as well.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling HP Smart without success.

To assist you better, what device are you using, a Mac or a Win PC?

What model printer are you using?

It's a WIN PC and printer is HP DESKJET 3750.

Thank you for the information. Check for any pending windows updates and then install the HP Smart app from the Microsoft store.

 

If the issue persists, click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing. Do not use the HP Smart app. Open File, click on print.
