I changed my email address on my HP account. This is not reflected in the HP Smart application. It still shows my old email address. The email address has been changed on the HP account online and I see the change there. TO CLARIFY....THIS IS NOT CHANGING THE EPRINT ADDRESS. IT IS LISTED UNDER THE ALLOWED USERS. Is there some registry setting that I need to change or something. Where is this information stored

Changing the owner of the HP Smart / HP Connected account is the only way to impact the "My Printers" account owner.
If you have not done so, try uninstalling the HP Smart for Windows application from the computer(s).
You could also simply try
Log out of the HP Smart for Windows application > exit the application > wait a minute > restart the app > log into the new owner of the HP Smart account.

I already did that as mentioned in the original post. The problem is that the HP Smart application in Windows 10 is still displaying my old email address. I have also rebooted both the printer and my PC and this did not sync the change so obviously there is somewhere else it needs changed or HP Support has to change it for me in their system.
