Product: HP Officejet Pro 9015e
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Within 5 seconds of trying to load the HP Smart App crashes on my MBP, Big Sur 11.6.  

 

I have tried deleting the app several times but I cannot delete the file from Go/Library/ App Support as other links suggest  because there is no HP entry in the library. 

 

I tried opening a second user and then the HP Smart app loaded fine. It's something with my settings on my user profile but I have no idea how to find it and either does Mac tech support.

Ho una stampante HP PageWide PRO MFP 477 dw, la sto installando ora e non ho capito se è strettamente necessario farlo visto che avendo un MAC Retina 21,5 fine 2015 aggiornato solo fino a  Big Sur 11.3.1 (per evitare che confligga con l'applicazione consolle per avvocati) e ci sono sull'applicazione apple recensioni non incoraggianti tipo la tua. Credo di aver capito che HP Smart è necessaria solo per i portatili e cellulari volendo stampare tramite iCloud da lontano, mentre ho il fisso a menno di un metro dalla stampante e sono collegati alla medesima rete wifi e quindi si sono riconosciuti subito.

The HP Smart app will load on my Mac for a 'Guest User' and on my wife's MacBook Pro.
