Wow, how hard would it be for HP to offer that download on the F4480 driver page.

Your link to Deskjet f4480 driver does not work; it goes to an Amazon drive page that says the file has been removed.

 

I am on a Windows 10 pc and have lost the ability to scan; getting the "no scanners detected" error from Windows Fax & Scan and the HP Smart app says the printer is offline ( and also names the printer "HP Photosmart" instead of F4480)

 

Can you help me get my F4480 fully functional again?

It was a lifesaver.  Let me know if you have any issues getting it. 

 

Oh, when you run it after installation, you have to hit "cancel" when it tries to install the toolbar app.
