Product: HP DeskJet 4120e All-in-One Printer

Is anyone else having problems downloading HP Smart? I have just fitted a new Wi-Fi router and was unable to get my printer back online. I decided to try HP Smart but it wouldn't function so uninstalled and tried to reinstall, seemed the right thing to do at the time but am now unable to download HP Smart. Any help would be appreciated. My printer is back online but still won't download HP Smart.
