Hi Everyone,
First post here. I've used the HP Smart software daily in the past for months without issue. For some reason today it is loading and "connecting to cloud services" for a very long time.
Once that finishes, I try to add my printer back and I get the error below. Sometimes I cannot even get to the screen to add the printer and instead get the below error. Error Code: UU_599_XXXXXXX
I've tried the following:
- Resetting the app
- Repairing the app
- Full uninstall and re-install
- Restarting computer
- Trying on another computer - issue was reproduced
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
