Product: HP Envy Inspire 7258e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Smart app FALSELY says my HP ENVY Inspire 7258e All-In-One printer is offline.   The printer works well.  I can print from the HP Smart app as well as directly from other apps.  But the HP Smart app will not display ink levels.   No such problem with HP Smart showing ink levels on my other printer which is HP Officejet Pro 9010.  I already deleted and reinstalled the app, and reset the printer.  Again, the printer works well.  The HP Smart app does not work as it should.  Suggestions?
