Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Dose anyone know why my HP Smart Prem C310 has a problem connecting to Web Services Server.

 

have not used it in a while and now when i turn it on i keep getting this message 'problem connecting to Web Services Server'

also ePrint fails to turn on but i assume this is because it requires the web services server.

Hello,

Unfortunately, as of November, 2020 or earlier, web services have stopped working and are no longer supported by some printers. Your printer is one of those, no longer supported by web services.
For more information, please go to the Web Services Stop Working section.
