I think the new windows 11 updates messed up HP SMART, the app needs an update. When did HP SMART have the last update? I don't see last update like on google play store.

EDIT: Hello I found a temporary fix. Just uninstall HP SMART from pc and use default software. When i click more settings i'll get all the settings HP  SMart had, i think. Don't remember anymore 😄

Also for advanced printing settings, for max dpi and hp real life technology etc... you can acces printer and change preferences there.

How do you have the gaul to charge us a monthly subscription fee when bugs like this are rampant, we're not asking you to cure cancer, I just want to access more settings without all the options disappearing, get it together!!

Same problem on Windows 10.

I just posted with the same problem.  I can open the image with Paint or Snip & Sketch and view the advanced printing options.  I can right-click on the unopened image and view the advanced print options.  I can open the HP Smart app.. select "print photos" ... pick the image I want to print... and view advanced options. HPSmart app works when you dont open Photos app.  I think there is a bug with Photos app or a conflict with Photos app and HP Smart app.

I uninstalled "HP Smart." After that it worked perfectly, just using the native dialog of the printer. I hope this helps.
