Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I recently I upgrade my windows 11 build from 22H2 to 23H2, every apps on my pc seems working fine.
but my HP Printer doesn't work.

I uninstalled all of HP related app and driver, restarted my pc.
after that I can't install my driver anymore.
