Hello,

I have an HP Smart Printer. On the Hardware the Name of the Printer is : HP Smart Tank 519. When  I check in the HP Smart App the Software is identifying the Printer as:  HP Smart Tank 510.

so am not sure what is the correct version of the Printer.

 

The issue i am facing: I am not able to print a document using  USB Cable.

I open the Smart App --> select a PDF Document and Press Print.

The Document get stuck in the Printer and i receive a Error in Printer Queue(General Error Message: Printing Error).

 

I have checked in the Device Manager the Driver and it is up-to-data.

tried uninstalling the Printer and driver and installing it again, it also didnt worked out!

 

can any one give me a hint what could be the route cause of this issue?
