HP Smart Tank 520 – MacOS Driver L5_1657 Download Link Needed

Hello,

I have an HP Smart Tank 520 connected to my MacBook Pro M4 via USB.

My Mac is running macOS Sequoia 15.3 (and I may upgrade to a newer macOS version).

HP's official website does not provide a macOS driver for the Smart Tank 520. I found several HP Community posts mentioning a driver called “HP Smart Tank Driver Essentials – L5_1657”, which reportedly works with the Smart Tank 520 on Mac, including Apple Silicon Macs.

However, the download link previously provided for L5_1657 is now expired / shows “File not found.”

Could you please provide me with a working official download link for the L5_1657 driver, or the correct driver/package for the Smart Tank 520 on macOS?

I specifically need to use the printer through USB, not Wi-Fi.

Please install with the next  Smart Tank basic driver:

(1) Connect your Smart Tank printer with USB cable:

• 

(2) Then install the next softwar

• >> HP Tank driver essentials - L5_1657
