Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to connect HP Smart Tank 720 to my Lenovo notebook. OS is Windows 10.

I have installed HP Smart app.  Printer is on and connected with USB to the notebook.

It was taking quite long time for printer to be recognized and then I selected Print test page.

After a while there was this error displayed:

Your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem.

0x8007007e

 

Page was not printed.  

I can not overcome that issue.

Can try a reset and use HP Smart to setup and connect printer to the network?
