Product: HP Smart Tank 7301 All-in-One

Brand new printer, cannot finish set up in app, printhead error on screen for both color and black in. printed once, then error. spent 2 hours on the phone with HP support, printed once, then error again. we did a hard reset to default settings, everything to try to solve and no resolution. Still cannot print and same error flashing on screen and cannot finish set up in app. no resolution for either with HP support call
