HP Recommended

We have been experiencing repeated Error B30C2137 on our HP Smart Tank 7602 where the printer locks up and flashes all its lights. The only way to get it back up and running seems to be to pull the plug and let the printer reset. It has come back a few times and we would like to be finished with this issue. 

Our firmware is from Dec 2025: 

Firmware Version SAYAPPPP1N003.2551B.00
Built Date 2025-12-18


We have downloaded the most recent version of HP Smart from the Microsoft store.
