HP Smart Tank 7602 one year and one month old when it froze itself.

Re:  HP Smart Tank 7602: one year ane month since I purchased printer.

I spoke to support today and they basically told me that I was out of luck. The printer has been malfunctioning since I purchased one year and one month ago. About two weeks aga the unit stopped printing and froze itself into the language screen.  I have done everything I found one your site to try and unfreeze the printer.   Support basically told me I was out of luck, because the printer was out of Warranty.  They said I I would have to buy a new printer. I cannot believe that HP is happy with an almost $400 printer lasting only  one year and one month.  Support told me I could basically pay for your all in one service which would amount to over $450.  The Support Agent said that it was probably failure of the hardware.  Appreciate your help with either getting this printer working again or an RMA and replacement of the printer. I have always looked at HP as caring about their customers.  Thank you for your help!
