I bought a new HP Smart Tank 7602 printer. While doing the setup, the printer got stuck on "The HP software is setting up your printer...". So I cannot do anything with it because I can't get to the menu.

Hi @Jbtscham 

You may need to continue installation using ink bottles and filling tanks inside printer.

 

1. Screen display

  • ferRX_0-1771245323523.png

 

2. Open upper cover

  • ferRX_1-1771245343167.png

 

3. Then fill printer internal Ink Tanks using bottles included.

4.  Please check the steps in the next video to setup your printer:
