Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 555 Wireless All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I bought the printer a few days ago and it copies but is not seen by HP Smart, my PC or W11

The wireless button has a blue flashing dot next to it.
The signal bars are flashing, and the Wi-Fi direct button is showing.
The number of copies is showing 00
I did a reset this morning.
But none of, android, W11, or HP Smart can see it.
*my model doesn't have a touch screen.
Have spent many hours on this and am feeling like I'm back in the plug-and-pray days.
Any help would be very much appreciated!
