Thank you for sharing this detail. May I ask if you have already tried checking within the HP App on your Windows device or mobile? 

 

It will help to know the exact printer model (for example, HP DeskJet 6510 or HP Envy 651 series) and the device you are using to print from, so we can guide you more precisely.

 

Could you also let me know if you have already explored the HP App settings or updated the app recently? This will give us a clearer picture before we move forward with the right steps.

The printer is new and will not connect to wifi. When I try to get a fix HP wants to charge me money for programs. I want this fixed.
