Operating System: iOS

Hi- we just purchased an HP Smart Tank 7602 and it will now power down. If you hit the power button it says shutting down and then gets hung up. I’ve left it for over 30 mins and nothing has changed. At this point I’ve done a hard shut down by unplugging it. This is the second time it’s happened, am I doing something wrong?
