Hello, My MFP 3302 printer is connected to the network via WLAN, is recognized by all devices running Windows 11, Android and iOS and works perfectly. However, the HP Smart app, which is installed on the same devices, does not recognize it - not under Windows, not under iOS, not under Android. Why is that? I have not been able to find any useful information about HP Smart so far. HPPSdoctor didn't help.

I think I have found the solution to the problem.
I have an HP account, which I have had for at least 15 years, and I am logged in with it. None of my printers are displayed.
HP Smart lists a second account called "My printers" which I certainly never set up, I discovered by chance. When I select "My printers", my MFP 3302 is displayed.
