Officejet Pro 8500 A910/Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Both printers Officejet Pro 8500 A910/Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One are now broken, unable to print/function at all.  They both show disconnected from the internet on the hpsmart.com portal, I believe is attached to the HP cloud services.  I have removed both devices from my account on at HP and they still appear on hpsmart.com.  What am I doing wrong? I have removed the printer from my desktop, uninstalled the HP Smart app  and only reinstalled the HP Smart app since both printers are unable to print (hardware failure with the printheads and are beyond repair).  Someone at HP MUST have the steps to remove the printer from my account.
