I cannot figure out how to reset the password on my HP Smart app, somehow my printer setup has duplicated multiple times and now doesnt want to print. I am trying to reset to factory default to rectify but cant seem to figure out my password.

Hi,

If it also requires a username, the user is admin ( all lower case).

For the password, open the cartridge access door and locate the label there, the listed Security PIN is the password.
