HP Smart and HPapp do not finish the connection even though the printer show being connected

HP Smart and HPapp do not finish the connection even though the printer show being connected to my network.  Both my laptop and Iphone 17 are on the same network.  Error: Cannot connect to printer.

Hi @MarkC27 

Make sure that your printer is setup or connected to a 2.4 Ghz network, because HP printers are more compatible to work on that network.
