HP OfficeJet Pro 8210

I downloaded the HP  app on my computer but when I go to launch it, it is stuck loading for a few minutes and then just crashes. I haven't been able to use my printer yet because of this issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it along with updated my computer and nothing has worked.

I'd like to help!

 

Uninstall the HP Smart App and reinstall the App from here 

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware 

 

If the issue persists, install the full-featured drivers on your computer.
