I have tried from my phone and PC plugged in through USB and get the same results. The printer is connected to the network but forces me to finish setup. When it does, it asks for a pin inside of the ink bay, I have put this in verbatim and gives me an invalid code error. It matches the pin on the back of the printer as well. If I cancel it, it asks me to use the SETUP cartridges which I no longer have since this printer is ~3+ years old. I have tried unplugging for 60 seconds and restarting it and same results. There are brand new cartridges in the printer and no orange lights on the printer. The wifi light is also solid blue and I can connect to it on my phone but still requires the same steps.

I have run into a few cases where the code becomes corrupted and does not work. Performing a factory reset on the printer will usually resolve this.

I did the reset by holding the wifi and cancel button for 5 seconds, etc. It never prints a paper or anything and after connecting it to the network and doing the setup it still asks for the SETUP cartridge which I dont have
