Hi @Tomulis,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the HP Smart app is unable to find your printer on your MacBook Air M2, here are a few steps you can try.

  • Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your MacBook Air M2.
  • Restart your printer and MacBook Air M2. Sometimes restarting the devices can help resolve connectivity issues.
  • Check if your printer is compatible with the HP Smart app. You can check the list of compatible printers on the HP website.
  • Update the HP Smart app to the latest version available. You can check for updates in the App Store on your MacBook Air M2.
  • Check if your printer driver is up to date. You can visit the HP website to download and install the latest driver for your printer.
  • If the above steps do not work, you can try resetting the printing system on your MacBook Air M2. To do this, go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, right-click on the list of printers, and select "Reset printing system." This will remove all printers from your MacBook Air M2 and you will need to add them again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
