I can't get the HP smart app on my Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra to connect to my Envy 6055e. I've tried resetting the printer wireless settings I've deleted the app and all data then reinstalled I've added the printer if the app multiple times from scratch and it gets to the final step and says sorry there was a connection problem contact support. Error code:

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer Error Code: EBS00P0010. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:
- Take out the cartridges.
- Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
- Wait for 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
- Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
