Product: HP Smart Tank 5000/5100 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm attempting to install the hp smart tank 5000 on a windows 11 using hp smart app and i keep getting an error that the app cannot register the printer with my computer and same error on my iPhone as well as a second laptop on the same wifi network

all help appreciated as I'm about to toss all devices out the window.
