Hi to all,

 

after updating my MacOS to Ventura the HP Smart app is not able to logon via my HP credentials. I always got the error

 

"HP Account Unavailable

 

We can´t sign into your HP Account right now. Check your network connection or try again later."

 

So regarding to this situation it doesn´t show my printer in the HP Smart app and I´m not able to Scan or see the status  of the printer.

 

The HP Smart app is working fine from my smartphone. And I´m also able to print directly from my Mac.

 

Does anybody else facing this situation?
