I have a new/secondhand Samsung phone. I am being told that my phone does not support the app HP Smart. The phone is the same model as my previous phone on which HP Smart is installed.

Android (10.0) or later is needed along with Bluetooth.

 

Bluetooth is only used to configure the printer.

 

General help for new router or printer
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
3 - HP Smart help with printer connection.

Please provide the exact model name of the printer for better assistance as there may be videos to show how to connect.
