I have the HP app installed on my Google Pixel 6.  The app is not accepting the same password that I use to log into the HP website.  I have tried to reset the password multiple times, both through the app & on the website.  There is no support or live HP support contact for assistance.  Please advise...

I am having the same problem on my MacBook running OS 12.3. The app is asking me for my HP password. When I enter the correct password, I get a message that says the password is incorrect. I have double-checked several times and the password I am entering is the correct password. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice. I have tried two browsers, Chrome (my default browser) and Safari. The problem remains.
