This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
I understand that you want to change the language on your Smart app.
Are you using the Hp smart on your computer or mobile?
However, if you are IOS try the below steps.
1) Launch the HP Smart app.
2) Tap on the printer icon.
3) Tap on "Printer Information".
3) Tap on "Printer Language".
If not try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
