HP Smart Tank 530 Wireless All-in-One

Hi! 
I don't know is this the place to adress the issue, but I have a problem with HP Smart App on my PC.

Aplication is not loading. 

When I start it, the app stuck on the blue welcoming screen and do not load. 

I tried few uninstalls of the app and few updates of Windows 10. It did not help. Sometimes trough the day when I start HP Smart App it loads, sometimes it did not. It's frustrating, because I cannot use my HP Smart Tank 530 printer/scanner.

I would really appreciate some help. Thanks in advance!

I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to uninstall and reinstall HP Smart App:

 

Step 1: Uninstall HP Smart App.

1. Navigate to and open Settings

2. Select Apps or Application Manager from the device Settings

3. Select HP Smart

4. Select Uninstall

 

Step 2: Reinstall HP Smart App.

1. Download the HP Smart app from 123.hp.com (Android, Apple iOS, iPad OS), 

or HP Smart - Microsoft Store (Windows), 

or HP Smart - Mac App Store (Mac).

2. Open the HP Smart app.

3. The app searches for recently installed printers.

- If your printer displays, click it. If you are setting up a new printer, it might display with Set-Up under the name.

- If your printer does not display, click the Plus sign, and then follow the on-screen prompts to add your printer or set up the printer.

Hi, thank You for your suggestion.

I did reinstall multiple times HP Smart App and download it  through HP Smart - Microsoft Store and 123.hp.com.
It didn't work. Also i've updated many times Windows 10 and did multiple restart of my PC.

I've downloaded and installed other driver - HPEasyStart_15_8_7 and install it. Now all the Apps work - both - HPEasyStart and HP Smart App.

I'm sharing this in case someone has this problem too.

From few days now - its working.

After two days, again same issue....
HP Smart App is not loading at start.... Stays at blue welcome screen.
I have to use the other Hp scan app from HPEasyStart driver....
