I needed to remove an outdated printer from HRsmart app...  i was told to uninstall, then reinstall the HP SMART app. well now I cannot reinstall it. Microsoft store will not allow it. keeps saying there is an error on their part. This has happened for 4 years straight. I recently moved and had to set up a new network, internet service.  Now I cant install it. I have to log in every 2  minutes or I get logged out of both the website and store.... What is going on? this app needs to be easy to install and fix without using Microsoft store. Microsoft keeps changing my local account into a Microsoft account every single time. No one should have to spend a half hour to an hour trying to get a printer working. This is my very last HP product as this is way too intrusive and violates my choice to NOT Have a Microsoft account required to log into my Computer to maintain my privacy...

 

PS i updated all the drivers before the uninstall and attempted re-install.. ( PS I tried re-installing the updates but it says I need the HP Smart in order to do this.But II cannot install the HP Smart app because it says it needs updated drivers which is also says on the website part that all is updated.... What gives. Thsi app needs to be a stand alone and removed from the Microsoft STORE...
