I see that you are facing an issue with opening HP smart app on your windows 11 device.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

 

Check System Requirements: Ensure your Windows 11 system meets the requirements for the HP Smart app.

 

Restart Your Computer: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve issues with apps.

Update Windows: Make sure your Windows is up to date. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates.

 

Reinstall the HP Smart App:

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
  • Find HP Smart in the list, click on it, and select Uninstall.
  • After uninstalling, download the latest version from the Microsoft Store and install it again.

 

Run the App as Administrator:

  • Right-click the HP Smart app icon and select Run as administrator.
